Welcome Jenks Trojan Baseball Fans,
On behalf of the Jenks Trojans Baseball Booster Club, I would like to welcome you to another exciting baseball
season. The 2009 season will be a great year for our three teams. This year’s Varsity team brings back 10
players that saw action on the 2008 State Semi-finals team. Last year’s Junior Varsity and Freshmen teams both
had very successful seasons also with win-loss records of 23-4 and 17-6, respectively.
The booster club is proud to support our fine group of young men, coaches and school administration. These
boys have given back to the community this year through service activities including Habitat for Humanity, Tulsa
Boys Home, World Baseball Outreach, and Tulsa Autism Foundation with Buddy Baseball.
As you’ve probably observed, Jenks Baseball facilities are in the process of renovations. The dugouts were new
a few years ago. This year a new concession, restroom and press box building was added and across the street
is the new parking lot. Next year a new practice infield, scoreboard and locker room renovations are on tap.
The booster club would like to thank its many sponsors for their generous contributions to the program. You can
see the many sponsors and can follow all the baseball action on our website at www.jenksbaseball.org.
The Jenks program is proving again why it is a leading program in the state. Thanks again for supporting our
young men to be better individuals.
